Let’s balance the books and the creative life.
Warmest welcomes, creative soul! If you’ve landed here, you’ve likely found yourself amidst the sea of expectations and responsibilities that come with the demands of work and life.
And maybe you feel like you’ve lost sight of what truly lights us up.
I created this space to help you reconnect with that spark, and to feel supported on your creative journey.
In fact, I’m on that same journey with you!
What does that journey look like? It’s different for everyone, but over time, I’ve noticed that creative reclamation tends to move through a few phases:
- Burnout → calling your energy back
- Disconnection → rooting yourself in authenticity
- Restlessness → making space for creative exploration
- Resistance → grounding into a creative practice
This blog is organized in four chapters that reflect these phases. Wherever you are on your journey, I would love to meet you there!
Because the world needs more happy creatives — and that includes you.
Feeling overworked, stretched thin, or just plain burnt out?
Then first thing’s first: it’s time to reclaim your energy, and start protecting it from here on out.
Feel like you’ve lost touch with yourself, or there’s something missing you can’t put your finger on?
This is your next step: start to reconnect with yourself, and step into more authentic living.
Ready to ignite your creative spark?
Here we make space to create: in our calendars, in our physical spaces, and in our being.
Feeling a little lost, or struggling to stay connected with your creativity?
It’s time to establish a creative practice: your ongoing and unique way of engaging with your creativity.
Where do we go from here?
Start by choosing the area that’s calling loudest! There you’ll find an introduction to each chapter, and some recommended reading.

Let’s stay connected
If anything spoke to you here, let’s continue the conversation!
Each month, I write a letter with creative reflections, journal prompts, and a little on my creative process — plus a blog post round-up from the last month. I like to think of it as a subtle little reminder to stay connected to your creativity, even when life gets busy.
I’m so glad you’re here!
